Jacqui:Good morning, Naoki. Can I help you?
Naoki:Can I ask you for some advice? I have to make a presentation at the Senior Managers meeting next Friday.
Jacqui:So what kind of help do you need?
Naoki:I want to have a strong ending to my presentation. I want them to really understand the good work our team has been doing.
Jacqui:Let's see. Well I know you've been doing a lot of market research. Have you been interviewing many customers?
Naoki:We sure have.
Jacqui:Well maybe you could use some of the video from those interviews.
Jacqui:Sure. Why not edit a thirty second "customer feedback" video. The managers can hear directly what one or two of our customers have been saying.
Naoki:That sounds perfect. I'll give it a try! Thanks for your help.
Jacqui:No worries. Anytime.

Try the role play again.

Imagine a co-worker is asking you for advice on how to end a presentation.

Give some suggestions.
